Where to farm ore

Beyond plain ore and coal, advanced crafting needs sulfur, pure quartz and paldium shards. Sulfur is more common in volcanic and desert zones.

Update 1.0 added two more ores in the late-game regions. Soralite ore is mined on the Sky Island, while Paloxite ore comes from the World Tree region. They smelt into Soralite and Paloxite ingots for top-tier gear and structures, so end-game crafting depends on them.

On the interactive map enable the ore layers — surface deposits are marked by material type: iron, coal, sulfur, quartz, paldium and more.
